I've lived in several furnished, private apartments over the years and this has been far and away the best apartment. It truly feels like a home, from the decor to lay-out. The location and the perks cannot be beat. Direct TV is a great bonus and it includes XM/Sirius radio which I enjoyed greatly. No detail was spared, even the linens were top-notch. I will definitely stay with CHS in the future.

We loved this apartment. It was beautifully furnished, including an upstairs outdoor deck and a beautiful small garden attached and also had great security and an amazing location on Capitol Hill, off the orange and red lines and close to Eastern market. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to great restaurants, not to mention the apartment is two blocks from the Capitol, and the property owners were responsive to all of our concerns and needs. We had a great time at this apartment and the complex offered larger and smaller accommodations. It's a beautiful building in a great part of Washington DC. It was easy to arrange and a great way to enjoy being back in Washington and feel at home while in training. While other locations may offer more amenities Capitol Hill Stay offered a beautiful apartment in one of DC's best neighborhoods.

The location is great: one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Washington, and definitely the best area on Capitol Hill. The area is one of the best (and safest) walking neighborhoods in the District. Plenty of green space (National Mall, Capitol Hill Parks, etc.) within easy walking distance. The apartment is just steps away from the Capitol, National Mall, Eastern Market, several parks, and less than ten minute walk to two different metro lines. The newly renovated 8th Street corridor is also very close, as are plenty of necessities like dry cleaners, corner markets, etc.
The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished (the kitchen is well appointed as well), and include free Direct TV and wireless Internet access. Customer Service was excellent, and the lease terms are flexible.

Our experience with Capitol Hill Stay was excellent. Brian and his staff went above and beyond, even providing us with heaters during unusually cold weather and providing my mother-in-law with a place to stay when she visited. They were extremely helpful to my wife and myself.
The apartment was also beautiful and we loved staying there. Historic looking and quaint, with modern appliances and beautiful features in the kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and well kept. We had no complaints. The location was great as well. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and sites.
Of the many places we've stayed on official travel, this has been our best experience by far.

I can give Capitol Hill Stay an enthusiastic five-star rating. I needed a place to stay for a few months over the holidays while I was between houses and this was a great choice. Brian and the staff were excellent hosts and responded promptly to any questions/requests I sent along. The apartment itself was just what I was looking for. It was roomy, clean, quiet and stocked with the necessities (kitchen supplies, linens, pillows, etc.). The location was very convenient for my needs, with grocery stores, restaurants and, most importantly, not one, but two different Metro lines (Red and Blue/Orange) only a short walk away. I would stay with them again without a doubt!

I stayed with Capitol Hill Stay for 2 1/2 months during my house hunt. While I considered a hotel, I decided that I would rather be in a place that felt like a home, so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad that I did!! The apartment that I stayed in was spacious, modern and very clean. The unit featured a garden and rooftop deck and luckily, even though I was there in Fall/Winter, I had the opportunity to enjoy a few warm days outside enjoying the sun. Thank you Brian, Phil and the staff of Capitol Hill Stay for making a stressful time so pleasant!

My husband and I recently had twins -- and we put our parents up at a Capitol Hill Stay condo on the Hill. The location could not have been better -- and both sets of parents really enjoyed the condo. We will be using Capitol HIll Stay again -- both for personal and professional opportunities. For a longer-term stay, there is no better deal around.

I enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is very nice with everything I needed including dry cleaners, and several good restaurants/bars within short walking distance. It is nice being able to jog to the mall and the security of the area with the Capitol Police was great. I would stay again as it is way better than a typical government rate hotel room.

I came to DC to work for six months. Being away from home that long can be both mentally and emotionally taxing, but CHS provided a place that was so enjoyable to come "home" to after work every day that it helped to alleviate a lot of the stress of being away. The place I stayed in was comfortable, beautiful, and quiet. It is evident that CHS has paid attention to detail and takes significant pride in their properties - as they should. At no time did I feel that there was anything missing in the place that I stayed, and the little touches throughout the house made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was always happy with the property and enjoyed being able to come home to a place that I could relax in and feel at home in. I will only recommend CHS to folks coming to DC for any length fo time.

I could not have picked a better place for my short-term stay in the neighborhood.
A spacious, comfy, beautiful apartment, feels very open with lots of windows. I really enjoyed the large kitchen and quiet garden space, which made it feel like home! Brian is very attentive to tenants' needs.
