Tenant Comments:

We just returned from a one month stay at 311 A St. NE, one of the properties that is offered by Capital Hill Stay. We were thrilled with the experience. This is a beautifully furnished efficiency, in an incredible location. Everything about our stay was first class. Brian is a outstanding and more than delivered on all that he promised. My wife and I have stayed all over the US and Europe. Our time at 311 A St. NE was by far the best of our extended stay experiences. I highly recommended Brian and Capital Hill Stay.

I have to say that there is no better way to stay in DC than with CHS. I stayed in the studio at 300 A NE from January to April 2010, the furnishings as well as the fit and finish of the apartment are outstanding. The location can't be beat with a three block walk to the Capitol. It is very comfortable and the front patio is a great place to relax after the work day and watch the neighbors walk by (and all the neighbors are very friendly). I never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood, between neighbors and the law enforcement near by there wasn't anything to worry about. The owners are very responsive to any issues and during the great 2010 snow storm they made every effort to keep the walks cleared and kept all the tenants informed about conditions and that they'd come by as soon as the weather allowed. Being able to walk to many of the main museums and most of the Smithsonian sights was incredible and a big bonus. The short walk to either the Capitol South or Union Station Metro was great too, as was access to Amtrak at Union Station. If I am back in DC I hope that there is a place open so I can stay with them again.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Great neighborhood. Great property for the autumn, especially with the very nice terrace.

Fabulous, cozy, comfortable, apartment in a quiet, well-patrolled neighborhood. Great location, close to the Capitol, Supreme Court and Libraries of Congress. Unique experience.

It has been great staying at your apartment. The good location allowed me to walk to work everyday and there were great locations nearby for food and transportation. Thanks always for your timely response on anything that needed attention also. I will gladly let folks know about your rental opportunities and have told folks here locally in case they are looking to house others that come to DC on short term assignments.
