Tortuga Caribbean Bar & Grille (new restaurant on the hill)

Hill Restaurant Group just added its 7th restaurant on Capitol Hill with its latest addition of Tortuga Caribbean Bar & Grille. The restaurant has a lively roof deck with surfing-themed art and tequilas. They also have a great rum list to go with their big selection of seafood entrees!
Some of their menu items that stand out are: the trio Ceviche (whitefish, yellowtail and scallop), Caribbean Conch Chowder, and the Whole Fried Snapper!
