Testimonials The best part about Capitol Hill Stay is that the apartments are extremely well located - 2 metro stops, tons of restaurants and bars and easy access to pretty much everywhere. Another great advantage was that CHS worked with the State Department's complicated sliding scale per diem, something most Capitol Hill companies can't be bothered with. The (Junior 1 BR) apartments themselves were great - compact but up to date, stylish and with a built in "home" feel you just can't get in a hotel. Highly recommended.
