I recently stayed in a charming 2-bedroom apartment in Washington, DC, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience! The apartment was very accommodating, providing a comfortable and inviting space that felt like home.One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to a variety of fantastic restaurants and shopping options, making it incredibly convenient for dining and entertainment.Additionally, being so close to the Capitol Building allowed for easy sightseeing and exploration of the city's rich history and culture.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable stay while having everything the city has to offer right at their doorstep! We loved our stay in Capitol Hill. The house at Millers Court was wonderful! The house is only 2 blocks from the Supreme Court and three blocks from the Capitol. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The owners were terrific. They were very helpful and responsive each time we needed something. I would absolutely stay there again!
I can’t emphasize enough how perfect my stay here was. The location is literally unbeatable, and the architecture (with rational updated comforts) can help you with the feel that you are in the hey day of the capitol. I would definitely come here if you are looking for peace of mind, safety, and if you want to try some new recipes with fresh ingredients from The Wharf :p. I definitely hope to return in the future!

Best stay in DC! We found Capitol Hill Stay via their website and needed had a short turn around to needing a furnished placed to stay. Brian and company were absolutely fantastic! Responded quickly and set up my family and I for this rental late on a weekend. He was communicative throughout the stay and extremely supportive whenever we needed something. The apartment we stayed in was right across from the Supreme Court and is wonderful for exploring DC! The apartment was clean, with plenty of amenities to feel like you are at home.

Such a beautiful place, we felt at home right away! And: nothing beats the surroundings: so close to all the main attractions of dc and still a quite neighborhood— and just a short walk away great stores (boardgames, books and much more)!

We loved our stay at Capitol Hill Stay! We live on Capitol Hill and our home renovation did not finish on time. We'd been living with family, but the commute once school started was too far. Our apartment at 406 East Capitol Street was a dream location and a perfection solution for our family of 3. We lived in the apartment for 5 months -- 2 months longer than expected. Here's why we loved it -- location (Eastern Market, National Mall, Metro, and corner store steps away), plenty of light, defined rooms & spaces (we are not open space people), storage, washer & dryer, outdoor space, responsive landlords AND we could have our dog with us. We loved living at 406 and every time we walk by we are grateful for our time there. And our dog tries to pull us into the front yard!

Brian is an incredibly kind and responsive landlord -- zero complaints. We were a group of law students staying for the summer in one of his larger properties in Capitol Hill. The property was beautifully furnished and well taken care of, and Brian was quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose. I would rent from him again with no hesitation, and would highly, highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a short-term rental in the DC area.

Capitol Hill Stay was one of the best room/hotel/home away from home I've ever experience. Brian was very helpful and ensured I was taken great care off. He covered my parking (I forgot to inform him of my vic) and he was very flexible when it came to my military per diem etc. Thanks Capitol Hill Stay! I will definitely rebook when I'm in need of a place in DC! In addition, I had an amazing studio apartment view of the Supreme Court and few mins walk to the Capitol!

This house is beautiful and has an amazing location. The house is very well-maintained, and elegant yet with a warm atmosphere. The windows have a view of Stanton park just across the street. I have rented 3 or 4 houses over the last 10 years from Brian. He has always been gracious, helpful and attentive to details. I would highly recommend this house.

And thank you for your continued support over the years. We've been providing furnished lodging in DC for 27 years. A lot of our business is repeat business, neighbors and their families, etc. That repeat business is what helps us compete with the massive companies that own so much of the short term rentals and extended stay lodging in DC. This business is how we support two extended families and provide income for many local artisans, maintenance folks, cleaners, etc. And we thank you very, very much.
